I want to give a shout out to a Fedex delivery guy who delivered my package that I ordered online. Last two Saturdays ago, he came to my building and I wasn't home at that time so he left the note to let me know that I missed my delivery package so I signed the form and put it on the door last Monday morning when I was leaving my home for work. He came back and no one is at my building to let him in and drop
off my package but it was raining hard at that time. He wasn't feeling comfortable to leave my package right outside of my building so he tried to call me and believe it or not, he was very first person in the four years that actually LISTENED my voicemail message (just to let people know that I am deaf and text message/email me is better way to reach me at...) so he sent me a text message to inform me about my delivery and were more than willing to work with me to figure out when is better time to deliver my package. We communicated the details and it went really smoothly. I got my package. We haven't even met in person but it was really thoughtful of him. It never happened like that to me before. Thank you, Fedex delivery guy! :)
