Almost every year we take a trip to visit the Frederick fairgrounds to enjoy seeing the animals, rides and food. Now that my we are empty nesters we enjoy visiting to attend various concerts in the evening at the fair. Over the years I have seen Kenny Rogers and Vince Gill along with other great musicians. The great thing is that the fair provides a sign language interpreter for all the performances if you call the request in ahead of time. So rain or shine it's time to visit The Great Frederick Fair in early September.
