The employees are extremely helpful. They know ASL. Their name are: Jason Matudio and Stephen Ashburn. They are really helpful and patience. Jason has been signing longer than Stephen but Stephen is good too. They both are good at explaining things clear. They are friendly who make you laugh and smile. You won't regret. I recommend that before you go to apple store, make an appointment so you can have one of them to meet with you if you have question about buying the products or about anything that you need help with.
I do wish one of them work at Apple Store in Fashion Valley because I live closer there. There is one person who works there knows little bit of ASL like basic ASL and fingerspelling. It is not bad. I wish I could remember her name. I only met her once. I went back few times but she wasn't there. The truth is, it's nice to have option of which city I want to go and if I need fully ASL or basic ASL.
