AWESOME coffee place where they can understand me clearly by just signing to them on what I want. Hint-- they know the order for White Velvet!
This was one of the very first coffee places I went to when visiting Seattle (before I moved here). I remember feeling so surprised to see how deaf-friendly they were. They didn't even bat an eye (or go in a freeze mode) at the sight of a deaf person. They didn't even pull out the writing pad either-- they were all so confident on taking my order visually... thats when I realized that I felt SO NORMAL here. Equal access. Incredible feeling. The best part is: Their coffee drinks are never disappointing.
