Almost four years ago I started to going to this great BBQ place called Roro BBQ and Grill. I always received really wonderful customer service there. They all know that I am deaf and very warm and friendly toward to me. When they see me walking in or my turn to order, they immediately know what I want (I always order same food, beef brisket sandwich, potato salad, corn bread, and root beer). I sometime change my order depending on my mood and when I asked them for the piece of paper for me to write it down, they didn't even hesitate to hand out the paper. After I pay my order, one of them always sign "Thank you" with big smile. When I leave the restaurant, they always wave at me and signed "Thank you" again with big smile. It was wonderful customer service.
Their food is DELICIOUS!!! Roro BBQ and Grill is best BBQ place in Seattle area ever I been to. I highly recommend this place.
