Home Services at The Home Depot

I think this Home Depot needs some sort of sensitivity training and Deaf Awareness training for staff because of how we were treated. We came to this store looking for a very specific stuff, and the first person we approached seemed preoccupied. We wrote down what we were looking for, and he didn't know the answer so he led us to another person for help. The second person immediately said that the store didn't have it. Before coming into the store, we researched where we could find this product plus asked our RV host that Home Depot had it. So we asked him kindly to call other stores and see if they have it. He was annoyed and walked us to the computer where he searched the product online. He again said that there is no such a thing at Home Depot, and we knew it was baloney. We got the impression that he didn't want to deal with Deaf customers. We left upset. The next day, My husband looked online to make sure that Home Depot had the product, and they did, so we went to a different store in Issaquah. The customer service there was better, and the staff were much more helpful and patient.
