I don't know what happened... I have been shopping at this Ralph's for a while and I noticed all friendly employees are no longer work there. New employees are less friendly and rude. For example, when I pay the groceries, cashier employees don't acknowlege that I am the one who paid for the groceries and only focus on my fiance and said thank you to him instead of me. That hurts my feeling. Another time, when I was shopping at Ralphs, a couple of employees didn't say excuse me and grab some items off from the shelves. They did it right front of my face. That was not very nice of them. If these employees continue behave that way, I might shop at somewhere else.
