Frontier Dermatology (Mill Creek)

Angel Cole

I've been going to this place for three years and I've struggled with getting an interpreter to go to my appointments. I have had several small surgeries (and some ugly scars) from this place and I was fortunate to have the same interpreter that I requested to my liking because I would be naked for most of the appointments. Last year I had to "argue" with them to get an interpreter after telling me that they won't be going through my "favorite" interpreter's agency. The interpreter signed on with another agency and was able to get to my appointment. Six months later I get a call saying that they are no longer going to be providing me with an interpreter but with an VRI machine!! I was pretty disturbed! My husband (who is hearing and received the call) asked the person on the other end if they would be ok with being naked in a room with a TV with a person they never met or know. They seemed not to care about my privacy.
