The office itself is immaculate-- very bright. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, and there were lots of appointment slots for the next day! The vet and vet tech were very communicative and enthusiastic about working with our cat. We watched our cat cuddling into the vet tech!! Very knowledgeable and efficient! Will be making this my primary vet. When I communicated to them that I'm Deaf, I said I can do lip-reading to one person at the front, and everyone I saw after that made sure to remove their mask so I could read their lips (without me having to tell them over and over again)! The blonde vet tech even knew some sign, even though she was hearing. She took 4 years of ASL in school. At the end of the visit, the staff signed that it was nice to meet me. Cannot recommend this vet enough.
