The woman Eryca helping me was so patient and a great communicator. At times she would use the little sign language she knew and other times we would write back and forth. She took the time to write everything down and I appreciated that. She even put down her text number in case I had any problems since I could not call easily. She definitely went out of her way to make sure I had a wonderful experience. Thanks Eryca!
