ZVRS is the best! I have been using different VRS providers since VRS launced back in the 2000s.  I can tell that ZVRS interpreters are much happier, professional, friendly, and thoughtful compared to other VRS providers.  I also love it that ZVRS works very smooth on all Apple devices such as iPhone, iPad, and iMac without crash! Thank you, ZVRS for providing world-class VRS service for the Deaf/HOH!

ZVRS is awesome.  Their interpreters are CHAMPS.  They were the 1st to have single line VCO, a Mobile App, a customizable answering machine and many more!

I have been using this VRS provider on my mobile device only AND during outside of WiFi area. The video quality has been crystal clear to communicate between a certified interpreter and I. The interpreters are very professional and ethic-coded manner.

I always feel satisfied when I use ZVRS and feel the quality of interpreters are top notch. Operators are always professional and clean and willing to honor my requests. I was disappointed to visit their website regarding Video Remote Interpreting (Stratus) and to see a video about their services was not closed captioned. I would give them 5 stars if their website was fully accessible to me.
