I'm a fan of Apple products. I've been to Apple stores in Seattle, Portland and San Francisco. I have to say the DC Apple store tops all three stores for Deaf-friendly customer services. I believe there are four Apple employees at this store who are Deaf/HH. From what I see, Deaf customers are more likely to be referred to ASL-friendly or Deaf/HH employees depending on appointment availability. And what's more is that free workshops are offered in ASL (Full ASL or interpreted). Check out the Apple Store website for ASL workshops at this store. If you're in the DC metro area and having problems with your Apple products, make an appointment for this store and you'll be glad you did!
