This Regal Thornton Place deserves recognition for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Let me tell you why, Last Saturday evening, I went to the Regal Thornton Place with my boyfriend, and my parents to see Snow White and the Huntman. We were only 10 minutes before the movie starts, the theater were full even we already bought the tickets, food and drinks and also got an USL glasses. We were little disappointed and worried that we might don't get refund or get tickets for next movie. We decided to go to the customer service and return USL glasses at same time then explained to them about our situation. They were like no problem and can give us tickets for next movie. We were very relieved to hear that. We went back there next day to see same movie. It went really smooth. Once the movie is done, we went to the customer service to return USL glasses, very same people who we talked other day ago remembered us and asked us if we get to enjoy the movie. We were very happy with their excellent customer service. Can't wait to come back to that movie theater to see different movies!
