Renaissance Austin Hotel

This was a fun hotel and my stay here was pretty good. Luckily they allowed me to text the front desk to get all of my needs met including my breakfast every morning. That made it so much easier as a Deaf guest. They unfortunately did not have an ADA kit for me and I really would have liked to have a visual door knocker without having to change to an ADA room. Captions were on about 1/2 of the TV's in the bar. It would have been nice if they were all on. Staff was mostly engaging and friendly. Only two bad experience with a server from the restaurant and food and beverage (room service). They made no eye contact nor seemed happy to give smiles.
