I went to Michael's Kia after working with Michael Whitehouse on line. We communicated my needs, concerns and goals about my old vehicle and he found a car that was just perfect for me and what I needed. His team was also phenomenal in writing things down to communicate with me when my batteries died and could not hear anymore. Michael continued contact with me over instant messaging on Facebook after the dealership gave me a day or two to think about the car. No pressure! Very friendly to work with and no question they will do their best to help those who are Deaf. They have a wonderful TV in the area although I did not watch it - it does have CC and I am certain they would turn that on if I wanted it to be. Also, instead of me calling I was able to chat with Michael Whitehouse on line and everything worked out great!
