I've interacted with the staff a few times in the last couple of years when I need gas from this place. I was having trouble with my credit card during one transaction and the staff left the booth to come and assist me with getting it to work. I really appreciated his help. 

They usually understand what I'm gesturing for such as needing a receipt of my purchase if the machine ran out of it at my pump.
