Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I had a mixed experience with this Red Robin. I tried to place a video relay call to ask about their address, hours, and locations. I was hung-up on THREE times by Kelly. She flat out refused to take my call. I was so very frustrated with their lack of awareness about relay calls. Luckily, a friend knew how to get there and we ended up eating there that night. Once we arrived, Angela who was our server for the night, was fabulous. We were a large group of deaf women and all had different communication preferences. Angela did a great job serving all of us and always had a smile on her face. She's the only reason this review came our satisfactory (although if reviewed solely based on her it would have been 5 stars). Good job Angela for being accessible to deaf/hh people. I would suggest that everyone who is responsible for the restaurant telephones, get educated about relay calls.
