United Airlines

To my surprise after I self-identified as Deaf, they were proactive in getting my attention for early boarding, providing me a form to fill in such as prelanding information, predeparture safety information, portable electronic device information, weather status, onboard service information and so forth. They even had a screen in front of me displaying their flight announcement in subtitles and almost all channels were close-captioned. Unfortunately, they aren't that great with baggage service; I had to stand in line for more than an hour and half only to learn that I had to come back the next day to pick my bag up.
