Wow... I am really hurt. My partner and I go to Djan's many times for years until recently situation. When I tried to order dinner via video relay service and when they asked me for my phone number to process my order. I gave them my phone number and informed them that I prefer them to send me the text message instead phone call just in the case if they need to reach me about my orders. They replied, "We are refused to serve deaf people" then hang on me. I am really surprised they treated me that way after going to their restaurant many times and always give them the great tips. They have shown their true colors and they lose their loyal customers (my partner and me).
