Uneeda Burger

Joshua

I went to Uneeda Burger with my good friend for lunch today. Of course I come in and be prepared by used my iPhone to type it down on the note to order. When it became my turn to order, I informed the lady that I am Deaf and showed her my iPhone to process my order. It went really smooth. Only one thing I think they could improve by adding order/price banner (I am not sure what people call that) on their cashier machines to let deaf/hard of hearing customers know how much they need to pay for their orders. I wasn't sure how much it costs me until after the lady swiped my debit card then gave me the receipt to write tip and sign my name. That is how I find out the cost of order. It is not that big deal but it would be helpful for deaf/hard of hearing customers like me to be more aware of the costs. However, I got good customer service from Uneeda Burger.  I had BBQ Smash burger with onion rings. It was really good. It is fun place to hang out with friends. I will come back and try their different burgers next time. :)
